Just released: Smarter forms, better control – add capacity limits to reply form choices
Managing participants just got easier. With our latest update in Invajo Light, you can now set capacity limits on individual answer choices in your reply forms – perfect for workshops, sessions, or any limited-space options.
Set limits within the questionnaire
With this new feature, you can now assign a maximum number of available spots to each predefined answer/option in your forms – specifically for the response type “Multiple choice” and “Multiple response”.
This means no more manual tracking or oversubscription to workshops, sessions, or limited-capacity options. Once an option reaches its limit, it will automatically be marked as full and no longer selectable by participants.
It’s a simple yet powerful way to streamline your event planning and ensure a smoother registration experience for everyone involved.
